- Assist in designing patterns, prints, and layouts for towels and home textiles.
- Support senior designers in creating seasonal collections and buyer presentations.
- Help prepare mood boards, color palettes, and CADs.
- Conduct market and trend research for new design inspirations.
- Work with merchandising and sampling teams to turn ideas into physical products.
- Make design edits based on buyer feedback and product development needs.
- Organize and maintain design files, artwork archives, and sample references.
