We’re Hiring: Tendering Executive / Officer
📍 Location: Lahore
🏢 Industry: Manufacturing
#Responsibilities:
- Monitor tenders from PPRA, DISCOs, and EPADS relevant to the company’s business scope.
- Prepare and manage bids/offers in full compliance with tender documents.
- Ensure timely participation and submission of bids.
- Coordinate and follow up with government departments and financial institutions.
- Manage bank guarantees, tender-related documentation, and submission procedures.
- Oversee delivery of consignments and collection of Goods Received Notes (GRNs).
- Ensure timely receipt of payments from government clients.
#Requirements:
- Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience working with DISCOs and Government Departments in the tendering business.
- Proven ability to prepare and manage bids/offers as per tender requirements.
