Techaccess Pakistan is looking for a highly experienced Technical Manager - Enterprise Services to lead the design, deployment, and management of mission-critical IT infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in enterprise storage, backup solutions, virtualization, hybrid cloud platforms, and containerized architectures.

This role requires both deep technical expertise and leadership capability to manage complex infrastructure environments, guide engineering teams, and deliver enterprise-grade solutions to customers.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Lead the design, architecture, and deployment of enterprise infrastructure, storage, and data protection solutions for mission-critical environments.

 • Implement and support enterprise backup platforms including Veritas NetBackup, Veeam Backup & Replication.

 • Plan and execute data migration, disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity strategies to ensure data protection and service availability.

 • Design, deploy, and manage virtualization environments including VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, and KVM.

 • Support modern application architectures including microservices and containerized environments using Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift.

 • Deploy and manage enterprise Server and storage infrastructure across leading vendors including Huawei, Dell Technologies, HP Enterprise, IBM, and Supermicro.

 • Provide L3 technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex infrastructure and platform issues.

 • Lead infrastructure deployment, upgrade, and migration projects across enterprise environments.

 • Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to deliver infrastructure solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.

 • Manage and mentor technical engineers, ensuring knowledge sharing and adherence to best practices.

 • Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures for enterprise infrastructure environments.

 • Manage SLA-driven service delivery, including defining technical scope, preparing SLA-based proposals, and ensuring compliance with agreed service levels.

𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field is required.

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀

• Huawei Certified ICT Expert – Storage (HCIE Storage) or equivalent enterprise storage certification

• Relevant certifications or professional training in Virtualization, Enterprise Servers & Storage, Kubernetes/Container Platforms, or Cloud Technologies (or equivalent)
