We are hiring “Technical Architect” at Systems Limited (Lahore).

 

Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end technical architecture, designing scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using .NET, React, Python, and Azure PaaS services.

Translate business and functional requirements into well-documented architecture designs and technical specifications.

Evaluate and recommend technology choices for frontend frameworks, backend services, databases, and integration components.

Architect and size cloud infrastructure components (Azure App Services, Functions, Data Factory, Storage, etc.) based on load, usage patterns, and product scalability requirements.

Define integration strategies for external systems and data sources.

Collaborate with development, DevOps, QA, and product teams to align technical solutions with business goals.

Drive the creation of a mature delivery plan and proactively mitigate architectural risks throughout the SDLC.

Guide and mentor developers and technical leads, promoting best practices across teams.

Champion code quality, security standards, and performance optimization.

Maintain architecture documentation and ensure traceability to implementation.

Stay up to date with emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability to future roadmaps.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

8+ years of software development experience with at least 2+ years in an architecture or technical lead role.

Expertise in .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, Web API, and microservices architecture.

Strong front-end knowledge with React.js; Angular experience is a plus.

Backend scripting and integration experience using Python.

Strong database architecture and modeling experience with SQL Server and NoSQL exposure (e.g., Cosmos DB, MongoDB).

Experience architecting and implementing Azure PaaS solutions (Azure Functions, Data Factory, App Services, Logic Apps, Azure Kubernetes Services, etc.).

Proven experience in building enterprise-grade, distributed systems and RESTful APIs.

Strong understanding of software architecture patterns (e.g., layered, microservices, event-driven) and design principles (SOLID, DRY, etc.).

Exposure to PDF document handling, OCR, or AI/ML integrations is a strong plus.

Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and tools like Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.

Familiarity with infrastructure as code (ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform).

Experience in B2B SaaS platforms and multi-tenant application architecture.

Previous experience leading architecture for large-scale document management or data-heavy enterprise applications.
