Job Title: Team Lead – US Based Campaigns
Location: Rawalpindi (Night Shift, On-Site)
Experience Required: Minimum 2–3 years in a call center/BPO environment with at least 1 year in a leadership role.

Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of agents working on US-based campaigns.
Monitor team performance to ensure sales targets, KPIs, and quality standards are met.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and regular feedback to team members.
Handle escalations and resolve client/customer concerns efficiently.
Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and share with management.
Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with operations and training departments to improve results.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in US-based call center campaigns.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent English communication (written & spoken).
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
Ability to work in the night shift (6:00 PM – 4:00 AM, Monday to Friday).
