Role Overview

Multiinsight is looking for a Team Lead - Full Stack Shopify Developer who will take ownership of our Shopify development, design execution, CRO strategy, and SEO performance across all projects.

Key Responsibilities

1- Core Engineering & Architecture: 

Own the full development lifecycle of custom Shopify Plus themes using Liquid, JS, and CSS. Build modular, reusable components and manage complex API integrations with third-party systems.

2- Technical Leadership & Mentorship: 

Act as the final word on technical feasibility. Conduct code reviews, define Git workflows, and mentor junior developers to ensure clean, scalable code across all projects.

3- Design & UX Integrity: 

Partner with designers to translate Figma files into pixel-perfect, responsive reality. You are responsible for the visual polish and UI consistency of the final product.

4- Performance & CRO Strategy: 

Build with a "conversion-first" mindset. Use GA4 and Hotjar data to optimize Core Web Vitals, implement A/B tests, and ensure technical SEO excellence.

Ops & Innovation: Oversee the QA process and CI/CD pipelines. Proactively introduce AI tools and automation to streamline development and reduce manual overhead.

5- Expertise: 

Deep mastery of Shopify/Liquid, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern CSS frameworks.

6- Leadership: 

Proven experience leading dev teams and managing GitHub workflows.

7- Eyes for Detail: 

A design-sensitive approach to frontend development.

8- Strategy: 

Experience with CRO, SEO, and performance optimization tools.

What You Bring

- 4–5+ years of experience in Shopify and full-stack web development with a strong portfolio.

- Deep expertise in Shopify themes, apps, APIs, and Liquid.

- Strong understanding of UX, CRO, and performance optimization.

- Experience with tools like Figma, GA4, Hotjar, and modern eCommerce stacks.

- Proven ability to mentor teams and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
