๐๐จ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: Karachi
๐๐จ๐ ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐:
-Lead sales forecasting and demand planning for seasonal and annual cycles
-Develop target reports comparing LY sales with projected growth (units, value & inventory optimization)
-Oversee distribution planning, replenishment, and stock realignment across stores
-Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal availability and minimal stock-outs
-Supervise and analyze sales, performance, and seasonal reports for management
-Identify sales growth drivers (new stores, launches, market factors) and present insights to leadership
-Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Production, Marketing & Warehouse teamsย
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
-Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
-5โ6 years of relevant experience in demand planning, supply chain, or retail planning
-Strong command of sales forecasting, inventory management, and replenishment planning
-Advanced skills in MS Excel and experience with ERP/BI tools
