Alif Finance Pvt. Ltd. is Hiring: Supervisor – Phone Sales Promoters (Islamabad / Rawalpindi)
We’re looking for a hands-on Supervisor with 3–5 years of experience in mobile phone promotion, ideally having worked with Samsung, Infinix, or similar brands.
This is a field-first role — not a desk job.
You should know:
•How phone promoters actually work in stores
•How targets are pushed (and avoided)
What happens on weekends, promo days, and slow hours
•How to keep promoters disciplined, motivated, and effective
What we’re looking for:
•3–5 years of on-ground phone promotion experience
•Exposure to Samsung / Infinix / Oppo / Xiaomi / Tecno ecosystems
•Strong presence in stores and confidence dealing with retailers
•Someone who can build systems, not just follow them
