📍 Location: Lahore (Onsite – Full-Time | Night Shift)

We are a fast-growing provider of construction estimation services for the US market, is looking for a skilled GC Estimator to join our team. If you’re detail-oriented with a passion for construction drawings and cost estimation, we’d love to hear from you!
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Review drawings, bid documents & specifications
Perform material & quantity takeoffs using estimating software
Prepare accurate cost estimates for residential, commercial & industrial projects
Collaborate with teams to meet client scope & deadlines
Support final bid proposals and ensure timely delivery
🎯 Requirements
Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
3–5 years in estimation (US market experience preferred)
Proficiency in PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or similar tools
Strong knowledge of CSI divisions, construction methods & materials
Ability to read architectural, structural & MEP drawings
Good communication & analytical skills
Preferred: RSMeans/CostWorks experience, US codes knowledge, multi-project handling
