Sr. Executive IT

Position: Sr. Executive IT (Network & System Support)

Utopia Industry is seeking a talented and motivated Sr. Executive IT to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations by providing technical support and assistance to end-users, troubleshooting system issues, and maintaining network and system performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.

·        Troubleshoot Windows systems and client applications.

·        Configure and maintain printers, handheld devices, and peripherals.

·        Install and configure software and functions according to specifications.

·        Manage user accounts, passwords, and MFA settings.

·        Assist with employee onboarding/offboarding, device setup, and user training.

·        Conduct system health checks, diagnose faults, and ensure timely resolution.

·        Maintain IT asset inventory and document IT processes.

·        Stay updated with product updates and provide training on IT features.

Qualifications & Skills:

·        Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

·        Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT support and system management.

·        Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software.

·        Experience with IT service management and inventory management systems.

·        Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote access tools is a plus.

·        Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work under pressure.
