Sequel Technologies, a software company providing healthcare IT and medical billing services to the US market. 

𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:

We're looking for a social media and advertising specialist. You'll create engaging content, manage our community, and run paid campaigns that drive qualified leads. This role sits within our marketing team. 

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

• Develop and execute organic content strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn

• Monitor ad performance, manage budgets, and report on key metrics (CPL, ROAS, MQL volume)

• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build community

• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign launches, promotions, and product announcements

• Stay current on platform algorithm changes, ad policy updates, and industry trends

• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and healthcare industry standards

• A/B test creative, copy, and audiences to continuously improve results

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

• 2–3 years of experience in social media marketing with a focus on paid advertising

• Hands-on experience managing ad campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager

• Proficiency with social scheduling and analytics tools

• Moderate copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms

• Experience tracking and reporting on campaign performance

• Comfortable working with creative assets

𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

• Experience in healthcare, B2B SaaS, or lead generation environments

• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms

• Experience with retargeting strategies and conversion tracking setup
