We’re Hiring: SMB Account Executive – Outbound Sales (Pakistan)
📍 Hybrid Opportunities in Islamabad, Lahore & Karachi
Motive is looking for driven, competitive, and coachable sales professionals to join our growing team. As an SMB Outbound Account Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle—from cold calling to closing—while working with one of our most important revenue segments.
🔥 What You’ll Do
• High-volume cold calling and outbound prospecting
• Run product demos for fleet managers and drivers
• Identify customer pain points and align solutions
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
• Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets
• Stay ahead of market trends to provide consultative insights
🎯 What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of outbound B2B sales experience (US/Canada/UK markets preferred)
• Proven track record of exceeding quotas
• Strong ownership of the full sales cycle
• Excellent communication and objection-handling skills
• Ability to build relationships with decision-makers
• Data-driven mindset with independent working capability
