Job Title: Shopify Developer (Project-Based – Remote)

Salary Range: PKR 70,000 – 90,000

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Shopify Developer to join us on a project basis (remote). The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and launching two professional Shopify websites that deliver outstanding user experience and align with brand goals.

This is an urgent hiring need with immediate onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

-Design, develop, and customize Shopify themes and templates.

-Build and deploy two complete Shopify websites.

-Integrate third-party applications, APIs, and payment gateways.

-Optimize website speed, performance, and SEO.

-Collaborate with design and content teams for brand consistency.

-Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Requirements:

Core Shopify Skills:

-Strong command of Shopify platform, Shopify Admin, and Shopify 2.0 themes.

-Expert in Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6).

-Proficient in customizing existing themes and developing new ones from scratch.

-Experience with Shopify Sections, Metafields, and Dynamic Content.

-Skilled in Shopify Store Setup, Product Management, and Payment/Shipping configurations.

-Ability to manage third-party apps, troubleshoot issues, and improve site performance.

Advanced / Technical Skills:

-Knowledge of Shopify API (REST & GraphQL) and custom app development using Node.js or React.

-Hands-on experience with API integrations (CRMs, ERPs, payment gateways, etc.).

-Familiarity with Headless Shopify, Hydrogen, and Next.js for scalable builds.

-Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and page speed optimization.

-Experience with Git/GitHub and collaboration tools.

Marketing & Analytics:

-Experience setting up Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and conversion tracking.

-Basic understanding of SEO optimization for Shopify stores.

-Familiar with A/B testing, CRO, and tools like Hotjar or Optimizely.

Soft Skills & Project Capabilities:

-Strong attention to detail and design aesthetics.

-Ability to manage end-to-end Shopify projects (design, development, testing, deployment).

-Excellent communication for remote collaboration and client feedback handling.

-Capable of providing maintenance, updates, and long-term support.

Experience:

-Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Shopify development.

-Proficiency in Shopify Plus, custom apps, and theme development.

-Strong knowledge of UI/UX standards and ability to meet tight deadlines.
