1. Shift Incharge( Male Only ) having at least 2 years of exp with FMCG company/ Chemical Industry Qualification : BSc ( Chemical Engineering ). Having exp in SHE , Project .

( People from Faisalabad and Sheikhupura will be given preference

Job Description:

1. To plan making and packing operations on floor to achieve agreed shift targets in volume , quality, output reliability , cost and safety.

2. To receive chemical and packing material .

3. To organise and control labor (operators, technicians ) for operations in terms of number and skill.

4. To monitor material consumption and yield reduce level .

5. To supervise weekly and monthly stock count and general Fourth shift transactions .

6. To drive autonomous maintenance activities on the floor .

7. To support the implementation of best practices such as TPM, HACCP and all audit recommendations.

8. To identify skills gaps and organise training of workers .
