SEO Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled SEO Specialists with 3-4 years of experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve our website’s visibility, drive organic traffic, and enhance user engagement. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, and the ability to work collaboratively with content, web development, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search traffic and improve search rankings.

Conduct detailed keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Perform on-page and off-page SEO audits and implement necessary changes to improve site performance.

Collaborate with content creators to optimize website content for SEO and user experience.

Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.

Identify and resolve technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, broken links, and site speed optimization.

Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

Coordinate with web developers to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.

Assist in the development of link-building strategies and outreach campaigns.

Provide regular reports on key SEO metrics and actionable insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.

3-4 years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.

In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.

Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with HTML, CSS, and website administration is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
