Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Develop and maintain custom WordPress plugins and themes.

✔️ Optimize backend performance and database structures for speed and efficiency.

✔️ Integrate third-party APIs and services seamlessly.

✔️ Collaborate closely with frontend developers and designers to deliver complete solutions.

✔️ Ensure website security, scalability, and high performance.

✔️ Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain existing WordPress-based systems.

Requirements:

◾ Minimum 5+ years of experience in WordPress backend development.

◾ Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, and WordPress core.

◾ Proven experience with custom plugin and theme development.

◾ Solid understanding of REST APIs, AJAX, and WP CLI.

◾ Familiarity with Git, debugging tools, and deployment workflows.

◾ Deep understanding of performance optimization and security best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

▫ Experience with WooCommerce or WordPress Multisite.

▫ Familiarity with Laravel or other PHP frameworks.
