Location: Rawalpindi/Islamabad (PK)

BloomHouse Marketing is looking for a reliable and sharp-eyed Senior Video Surveillance Officer to join our security team. In this role, you will be the main person responsible for watching over our facilities through our CCTV systems. Your goal is to keep our people and property safe by spotting any unusual activity and making sure everything runs smoothly.

As a senior member of the team, you won't just watch the screens; you will also be the one who puts together daily reports to keep management informed. We need someone who is detail-oriented, stays calm under pressure, and takes pride in maintaining a secure environment.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

• Keep a close watch on live CCTV feeds across multiple locations to spot safety risks or suspicious behavior.

• Lead the daily monitoring process and ensure all cameras are working correctly.

• Write clear and simple daily reports that summarize what happened during your shift.

• Quickly alert the right teams or emergency services if you see an incident.

• Review recorded footage when needed to help investigate past events.

• Help train newer staff on how to use our surveillance equipment and follow our safety rules.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

• Proven experience working with CCTV or in a security monitoring role.

• The ability to stay focused for long periods while watching video screens.

• Good writing skills so you can create reports that are easy for everyone to understand.

• A responsible attitude and the ability to handle private information with care.

• Basic computer skills to navigate our surveillance software and typing tools.

• A high school diploma or equivalent; extra security training is a plus.
