Senior Software Engineer

We're Hiring at PsychPlus: Senior Software Engineer (Healthcare Technology)

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our growing healthcare technology team. In this role, you will help build innovative software solutions that improve patient care, healthcare operations, and data security.

Location: Remote

Pay: 2000 to 2800 USD (Based on experience and skills)

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor junior engineers and promote clean, maintainable code practices

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and product teams to build innovative solutions

• Design, develop, test, and maintain healthcare software applications

• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards such as HIPAA, HL7, and DICOM

• Implement secure solutions that protect sensitive patient data

• Contribute to architecture discussions to ensure scalable and reliable systems

• Build analytics tools and algorithms for medical data insights

• Integrate software with medical devices and EHR systems

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering

• 4+ years of experience with C# .NET Core

• 4+ years of experience with React / React Native

• Experience working with clinical or hospital workflows

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Experience with Git and modern development workflows

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
