Bank Alfalah is looking for a high-energy, self-motivated professional to join our Digital Banking Group as a Senior Relationship Manager - Digital Fee Collection & SnSC (Central).

Role Details:
Grade: AVP-I
Location: Lahore
Department: Digital Payments
Reporting to: Manager Digital Fee Collection and Sales & Services Centre
Key Responsibilities:
Partnerships & Alliances: Onboard new-to-bank (NTB) merchants and portfolio sectors like Gyms, Clubs, and Utilities.
Sales & Strategy: Drive deposit mobilization, CDM, cross-selling (BNPL, QR, POS), and Alfa app transaction throughput.
Client Management: Oversee branch liability portfolios and provide top-tier financial advice to key clients.
Digital Migration: Promote Alfa and Raast QR to migrate traffic to digital channels.
Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to KYC/AML guidelines and SBP regulations.
Requirements:
Education: Graduate (preferably in Management, Finance, Accounting, or Commerce).
Experience: 4-5 years in business mobilization or liability sales.
Skills: Deep knowledge of SBP regulations and strong analytical abilities.
