🔧 What You’ll Do
· Own and deliver small to mid-sized projects—independently and collaboratively
· Design, develop, and support robust applications and integrations
· Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
· Conduct meaningful code reviews and mentor peers through pair programming and demos
· Drive innovation through technical investigations and process improvements
· Write high-quality unit, system, and integration tests
· Identify and address technical debt and automation opportunities
🧠 What You Bring
· 5+ years of .NET experience with deep C# and Entity Framework expertise
· 3+ years building with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
· Experience designing microservices and APIs (bonus: DDD knowledge)
· Familiarity with React, Blazor, or similar frontend tech
· Hands-on with Azure/AWS and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform is a plus)
· Agile mindset with a strong grasp of event-driven systems
