Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer with expertise in CRM integration, WordPress development, UI/UX implementation, and API development. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining digital platforms that deliver seamless user experiences and efficient system integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.

-Design and implement CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or Dynamics).

- Build and integrate RESTful and third-party APIs to ensure data synchronization across systems.

-Collaborate with the UI/UX team to convert designs into functional, responsive web interfaces.

-Optimize website performance, speed, and security.

-Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in both front-end and back-end systems.

-Stay updated with the latest development frameworks, tools, and technologies.

- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and design teams to align digital solutions with business goals.

- Ensure coding standards, version control, and documentation best practices are maintained.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8–10 years of proven experience in web and CRM development.

Strong knowledge of WordPress, including theme/plugin customization and performance optimization.

Hands-on experience with CRM systems and API-based integrations.

Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, MySQL, and related frameworks.

Familiarity with UI/UX principles and tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services integration.

Understanding of SEO principles, security standards, and responsive design.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with WooCommerce or other e-commerce integrations.

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

Experience with version control systems like Git.

Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React or Vue.js is a plus.
