Senior AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and fine-tuning of Generative AI models, LLMs, and intelligent AI agents for complex business applications.

-Architect and optimize AI pipelines from data preprocessing to deployment using MLOps best practices.

-Enhance model performance through fine-tuning, pruning, and quantization.

-Deploy and scale AI solutions across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate scalable AI solutions into production systems.

-Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure technical excellence.

-Stay ahead of emerging AI tools, frameworks, and technologies.

🎯 Qualifications

-4+ years of experience in AI, ML, or Data Science with a focus on Generative AI and LLMs.

-Strong command of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.

-Skilled in data analysis (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn) and NLP/RAG techniques.

-Experience with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.

-Familiar with vector databases, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning open-source LLMs (Llama, Mistral, GPT-NeoX).

-Proven ability to deliver scalable, data-driven AI solutions.

✨ Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

💰 Salary Range: PKR 300k to 400k
