SAP B1 - Executive

Roshan Packages Limited is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SAP Business One Support Executive (L1) to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in SAP B1 and a passion for supporting business systems.

Key Responsibilities

-Provide L1 support for SAP Business One (functional & basic technical issues).

-Handle user queries related to Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Finance modules.

-Log, track, and resolve support tickets within defined SLAs.

-Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams when required.

-Assist in SQL queries for reporting and troubleshooting.

-Support data validation, master data management, and routine system checks.

-Coordinate with users for requirement gathering and issue clarification.

-Assist in testing during system enhancements and implementations.

-Provide basic user training and system guidance.

-Maintain proper documentation of issues and solutions.

Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (16 years education).

-2-3 years of experience in SAP Business One support.

-Understanding of SAP B1 modules: Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Finance.

-Basic knowledge of SQL for reporting and data analysis.

-Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

-Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
