IrenicTech is hiring : Sales Specialist
Role Overview: We are seeking motivated Sales Specialist Callers to engage with prospective clients over the phone during night shift hours. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in outbound calling, lead qualification, and appointment setting, and thrives in a target-driven environment.
Responsibilities: — Make outbound calls to pre-qualified and cold leads — Introduce products/services, handle objections, and move prospects through the sales pipeline — Accurately log all call activity, outcomes, and follow-ups in the CRM — Meet and exceed daily/weekly call and conversion targets — Collaborate with the sales team to refine scripts and improve conversion rates
Requirements: — Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, cold calling, or a similar outbound role — Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written) — Willingness to work night shifts on-site in Karachi — Familiarity with CRM tools and call tracking systems — Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable with rejection
Nice to Have: — Experience with international markets (US, UK, AUS) — Background in SaaS, real estate, or financial services sales
This is a fulltime night shift job starting from 6PM onsite in our Karachi Office.
