Sales Manager

Position: Sales Manager – Islamabad

📍 Location: Islamabad/ Rawalpindi

Continental Worldwide Trading Company (CWTC), a leading supplier of high-end analytical instruments and laboratory equipment in Pakistan, is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead its sales operations across  key areas in the vicinity of Islamabad and KPK. 

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage sales activities across the mentioned region and surrounding areas

* Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

* Identify potential clients in pharmaceutical,chemical, petroleum, academic, research, and quality control sectors.

* Achieve sales targets and contribute to regional business growth.

* Develop and maintain relationships with relevant government departments, public-sector organizations, and procurement authorities to identify and pursue business opportunities.

* Proactively identify government and public-sector tender opportunities, establish relevant contacts, and support the preparation and submission of competitive bids.

* Coordinate with technical, service, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

* Prepare sales forecasts, reports, quotations, and business proposals.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a relevant scientific discipline from a reputable institute.

* Prior experience in a similar sales role is strongly preferred.

* Experience in laboratory equipment, analytical instruments, scientific products, or a related industry will be an advantage.

* Strong business development, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

* Ability to manage customer relationships and achieve sales targets independently.

* Existing contacts in government/public-sector organizations, or the ability to develop relationships and access relevant procurement channels.

* Willingness to travel within the northern region.

* Must be based in Islamabad or a nearby city.
