Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: Onsite, Lahore
Type: Full-Time

About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly motivated SDR to join our sales team and take ownership of early-stage prospect engagement. Your focus will be on LinkedIn outreach and calling warm leads generated through outbound efforts to qualify and book meetings for our Account Executives.

Responsibilities:
Run targeted LinkedIn outreach campaigns to engage ideal prospects.
Follow up with warm leads from outbound (email/LinkedIn) via phone to qualify and book calls.
Use CRM tools to manage conversations, track outreach, and update lead statuses.
Collaborate with the outbound team to improve messaging and response rates.
Handle objections and gather insights on prospect pain points and buying triggers.
Meet or exceed weekly targets for conversations, follow-ups, and qualified meetings booked.

Requirements:
1-2 years experience in a B2B SDR or cold outreach role (preferably SaaS or service-based).
Comfortable using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email tools (e.g., Smartlead), and CRMs.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Confident on phone, knows how to ask smart questions and guide the conversation.
Organized, proactive, and quick to follow up with interested leads.
