🚀 QMCC is Hiring: Sage X3 Functional Analyst
Job Type: Full-Time | Remote
Working Hours: 7:00 PM – 3:30 AM Pakistan Standard Time (PST)
QMCC is looking for an experienced Sage X3 Functional Analyst to lead the functional administration, configuration, optimization, and governance of our Sage X3 ERP environment.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and optimize Sage X3 Finance, Purchasing, Inventory, Sales, and Manufacturing modules.
Manage workflows, approvals, chart of accounts, controls, and master data.
Lead UAT, regression testing, system enhancements, and change management.
Support SOX 404, internal controls, segregation of duties, and audits.
Document business processes, SOPs, and functional requirements.
Provide functional support and user training.
Partner with Finance, business teams, and IT on ERP improvements.
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on Sage X3 functional experience
Strong knowledge of SOX 404, internal controls, and segregation of duties
Experience with UAT, ERP implementations, or enhancement projects
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Manufacturing, distribution, or multi-entity experience preferred
Sage X3 or equivalent ERP certification is a plus
