What You’ll Do:
✨ Conduct dynamic and engaging training sessions to enhance retail staff’s product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
✨ Lead onboarding programs, create impactful training materials, and assess training outcomes to continuously elevate performance.
✨ Be the driving force behind a motivated and high-performing retail team across Pakistan.
What We’re Looking For:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field
💼 1–2 years of experience in training or retail sales (preferably in mobile/electronics)
🗣️ Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
✈️ Willingness to travel for nationwide retail trainings
