A graduate degree from an HEC-recognized university preference will be given to the candidates who have specialization in Business Administration

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀

➡️ 2-3 years of experience in the same field.

➡️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

➡️ Excellent customer service skills.

➡️ Portfolio deepening and customer engagement

➡️ Knowledge of banking products and services.

➡️ Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

➡️ Proficiency in digital banking technologies and platforms.

➡️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

➡️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

➡️ Experience in sales and business development is a plus.

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

➡️ To achieve YTD targets for digital accounts. Driving revenue growth and customer acquisition through digital sales channels.

➡️ Enhance customer experience through professional & timely follow-up with customers for completion of documents and forwarding the same for account opening or servicing requests within the defined timeline.

➡️ Ensure that KYC is completed after onboarding. Furthermore, all requirements of CDD & AML/CFT/CPF regulations issued by SBP from time to time including SBP w.r.t. regulation-1 Customer Due Diligence (CDD) are complied with.

➡️ Portfolio management by calling to potential customers identified through marketing efforts and take end to end responsibility of positive conversions

➡️ Responsible for updating customer documentation received during CDD and on-going KYC to be updated in the MCB Islamic Bank Digital Account Portal with customer application.
