Regulatory Officer

FUJIFILM Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a "Regulatory Officer" to manage end-to-end regulatory compliance for medical devices and radiology equipment in Pakistan. The role requires hands-on experience with DRAP and PNRA regulations, registrations, renewals, and import approvals.

 

Key Responsibilities

Manage DRAP Establishment License and medical device product registrations (Medical Devices Rules, 2017 / IVD Rules, 2017).

Ensure timely renewals of product registrations and licenses (5-year cycle).

Handle PNRA registration, licensing, and import permissions for radiology equipment (X-ray, CT, C-Arm, Mammography, etc.).

Coordinate shielding approvals, inspections, and compliance for radiation-emitting equipment.

Support import clearance by aligning DRAP/PNRA approvals with Customs (FBR).

Liaise with regulatory authorities (DRAP, PNRA, Provincial Health Departments).

Maintain regulatory documentation, trackers, and compliance records.

Support audits, inspections, and regulatory queries.

Requirements:

Pharm-D, B.Pharm, Life Sciences, or Biomedical Engineering.

Radiation safety / PNRA exposure is a plus.

3–6 years of regulatory field experience in Pakistan.

Proven experience with DRAP medical device registrations.

Hands-on exposure to PNRA compliance for radiology equipment preferred.

Excellent documentation and follow-up skills.

Ability to work independently with regulators and internal teams.

Good communication and coordination skills.
