Looking for a Receptionist / Office Coordinator in a permanent position 


Job description


Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for the tasks associated with the reception.

Provide general administrative support to ensure the office operates efficiently.

Take up other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Assist in Travel-related activities.

Knowledge of filling Bank Deposit receipts etc.


Qualification & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

0-1 year of relevant experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

High level of ownership and proactive problem-solving abilities.

Location: Karachi.
