Qualifications & Experience:
•Education: MSc Engineering Management / BSc Industrial Engineering
•Experience: 2-4 years in quality management, preferably in auto spare parts manufacturing
•Gender: Male
Key Responsibilities:
•Oversee quality assurance and control processes for auto spare parts, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
•Conduct inspections, audits, and tests to maintain high product quality and customer satisfaction.
•Lead and mentor the QA/QC team, providing training and support to maintain high-performance standards.
•Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and production efficiency.
•Address and resolve quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
•Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities and provide regular reports on quality performance to senior management.
Skills & Abilities:
•Strong knowledge of quality control processes, inspection methods, and industry regulations.
•Experience with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards.
•Proficiency in data analysis, quality metrics, and process improvement methodologies.
•Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
•Ability to work collaboratively with production, engineering, and management teams.
