🚨 We’re Hiring – Quality Control Executive (BPO Industry) 🚨
📍 Location: Sharah-e-Faisal, Karachi
🕒 Timings: 12 PM – 9 PM (Mon–Fri) | Sat: 10 AM – 3 PM
💰 Salary: Up to PKR 70,000

🎓 Qualification: Fresh graduates or ADP/Graduation with transcript available (1 year experience in QC preferred)

💼 Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and evaluate inbound & outbound calls, and live chat conversations.
Identify quality gaps and ensure compliance with SOPs.
Share feedback with operations teams to improve customer experience.
Maintain QC reports and performance records.
Support training needs based on evaluation results.

✅ Requirements:
Strong communication & listening skills.
Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
Familiarity with MS Excel (basic to intermediate).
Flexibility for operational needs.
