Job Title: QMS Executive
Location: Korangi Industrial Area
Department: Manufacturing Excellence
Experience: 2–3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Time and Motion Studies to determine standard times and assist in accurate piece rate calculation.
Oversee the control, distribution, and maintenance of QMS documentation to ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and regulatory requirements, including document revision control, version tracking, and secure archiving.
Develop, review, and maintain SOPs to ensure alignment with quality standards and regulatory requirements, and facilitate consistent operational practices across departments.
Lead and support cost optimization initiatives across multiple departments within the plant.
Develop and modify plant layouts using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for improved material flow and space utilization.
Identify Lean manufacturing wastes (e.g., overproduction, waiting, transportation, inventory, motion, over-processing, defects) and lead Kaizen initiatives to eliminate them.
To conduct departmental internal and external audit against ISO 9001:2015.
