Job Overview:
Taj Residencia, a flagship project of Sardar Group of Companies, is seeking a competent and experienced professional for the position of QA/QC Inspector. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality assurance and quality control of construction activities in accordance with approved standards, specifications, and regulations within the housing society.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and approved specifications
Verify materials and workmanship as per QA/QC standards
Ensure implementation of quality control procedures at site
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and relevant departments
Maintain proper documentation of inspections, reports, and quality records
Identify and report any non-conformance or quality issues in construction activities
Requirements:
DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) in Civil
Minimum 4 years of experience in QA/QC or in a private housing society
Strong understanding of construction standards, quality control procedures, and drawings
Knowledge of inspection and reporting practices
Effective communication and reporting skills
