Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and reliable Purchaser to handle the company’s procurement activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely delivery of quality materials and products while maintaining cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers and vendors for goods and services.
2. Negotiate contracts, prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
3. Prepare and process purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
4. Coordinate with warehouse and relevant departments to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.
5. Monitor inventory levels and track orders to avoid shortages or overstocking.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. 2-3 years of proven experience in purchasing or procurement.
3. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
4. Good knowledge of supply chain procedures and vendor management.
5. Proficiency in MS Office and procurement
