Job Description:
We are hiring a motivated and detail-oriented Production Team Leader to supervise and coordinate the daily activities of our production line. This role is ideal for someone with a hands-on approach and strong team management capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the production team to meet daily targets.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout operations.
• Monitor equipment usage and report maintenance needs.
• Provide training to new operators and ensure safety practices.
• Report shift progress and issues to Production Manager.

Requirements:

• Intermediate or DAE (Mechanical/Electrical) preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Ability to manage teams and resolve on-ground issues.
• Knowledge of fiber cable manufacturing is a plus.
• Basic computer skills for reporting.
