Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our fiber optic cable production unit. The ideal candidate will ensure production efficiency, quality assurance, and timely delivery while leading the production team with a hands-on and goal-oriented approach.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage production schedules and workflows.
• Monitor production processes to meet quality and efficiency targets.
• Supervise, train, and lead production staff.
• Coordinate with the quality and maintenance departments.
• Implement safety and compliance procedures on the floor.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of production management experience in a manufacturing setup.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Sound knowledge of fiber cable manufacturing (preferred).
• Proficient in MS Office and production-related software.
