Switch Communications is Hiring for Product Specialist - AdTech

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

 • Lead the development, optimization, and performance of the AdTech platform, ensuring timely deployment and continuous improvement.

 • Enhance platform relevance by introducing new features and product extensions that drive engagement and monetization.

 • Explore integration opportunities with conventional Telecom VAS services (e.g., My Status, Collect Call) to broaden reach and improve promotional effectiveness.

 • Collaborate with commercial, technical, and support teams to align product strategy with business goals.

 • Strengthen relationships with existing clients and partners through strategic account management and product innovation.

 • Identify potential businesses and brands, onboard clients to advertise on the platform, and contribute to achieving commercial targets.

 • Prepare product-related presentations and documentation for client meetings and internal briefings.

 • Ensure effective inter-departmental communication and client coordination for streamlined project execution.

 

 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

 •3-4 years of experience in managing or contributing to AdTech platform development or similar digital product environments.

 • Strong grasp of both the technical and commercial aspects of AdTech platforms.

 • Previous experience or understanding of Telecom VAS services is a strong advantage.

 • Proven ability to manage client relationships and support business growth initiatives.

 • Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident in client-facing roles.

 • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.

 • Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

 • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
