Mosafir is hiring for Product Intern

Location: I-9/2 - Islamabad

𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Development, Operations & QA Intern to support our product team in building, testing, and optimizing digital products. This role offers hands-on exposure to product workflows, operational processes, and quality assurance activities across multiple modules.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Assist in documenting product requirements, user stories, and business rules

• Support feature planning, wireframe reviews, and requirement validation

• Help maintain product documentation and release notes

• Coordinate with design, tech, and business teams to track tasks and timelines

• Assist in managing product backlogs and sprint-related activities

• Support day-to-day operational tasks related to product launches and updates

• Perform functional testing across web and mobile platforms

• Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data

• Identify, log, and track bugs and inconsistencies

• Validate fixes and support regression testing

• Help analyze user flows, feature usage, and basic performance metrics

• Prepare simple reports and summaries for internal stakeholders

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

• Bachelor’s degree (ongoing or recently completed) in Computer Science, Business, IT, or related field

• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

• Basic understanding of product development lifecycle

• Familiarity with QA concepts and testing methodologies (manual testing)

• Good written and verbal communication skills
