Position: Procurement Specialist

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field

· 5–6 years of relevant experience in procurement, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, or industrial sectors

· Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills

· Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP experience will be an advantage).

· Good understanding of local and international procurement regulations and practices

Key Responsibilities:

· Execute end-to-end procurement processes in compliance with company policies

· Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery

· Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors

· Coordinate with internal departments to forecast demand and plan procurement accordingly

· Monitor supplier performance and maintain accurate procurement records

· Ensure timely delivery of materials and services to meet project timelines
