Jubilee Life Insurance Company Ltd. is looking for a Back Office Investment Executive.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with banks for obtaining bank statements, account status confirmations and resolving various banking-related matters on daily basis.
Handle dormant accounts re-activation, new accounts opening and update signatories.
Prepared and dispatched letters / banking related documents for fund transfers.
Coordinate for execution of cheques, instruments, fund transfers and ensure from respective statements. Record bank transfers in Oracle EBS.
Coordinated with banks for compliance-related queries and provided required documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
Assist to ensure adherence to internal controls, banking procedures, and statutory compliance requirements.
Assist in internal and external audit / SECP inspection etc.
Requirements:
Bachelors or MBA in Accounting & Finance
0-2 years of Experience
Hands on experience in Treasury, Fund Accounting, VPS, Mutual Funds, & Investment Accounting
