JAPAN ELECTRONICS is currently hiring a Payroll & HR Operations Executive for our Head Office in Islamabad.
This role is ideal for professionals with experience in payroll processing, HR operations, and employee data management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in monthly payroll processing including salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductions
• Maintain accurate payroll and employee records in HRIS / ERP systems
• Verify attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs
• Coordinate with Finance for salary disbursement and payroll reconciliation
• Support HR operations including documentation and employee record management
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in payroll or HR operations
• Knowledge of payroll processing, taxation, and statutory deductions
• Strong analytical, numerical, and MS Excel skills
• Familiarity with HRIS / ERP systems preferred
