Position: Payable Executive
Location: Lahore
Job Description:
- Prepare and process payments for all general and Cost of Sales (COS) invoices after thorough verification and obtaining required approvals.
- Process payments related to utilities, freight vendors, PSIDs (issued by the Tax team), employee final settlements, provident fund, and gratuity fund.
- Issue vendor and employee advances upon verification of supporting documents and due approvals.
- Prepare and share daily reports with the DGM Payables on invoices due for payment.
- Book invoices related to utilities, security, vigilance, and fleet cards in SAP after ensuring legitimacy and proper authorization.
- Assist in processing payment entries, cheque preparation, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Maintain and scan payment files, vouchers, and cheque copies for record-keeping and audit purposes.
- Coordinate with the third-party payroll vendor to ensure timely processing of outsourced staff salaries.
- Process employee daily claims, settle imprest accounts, and conduct petty cash trend analysis.
- Perform data entry tasks for group companies and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely posting of transactions.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Finance or Accounting
- 1- 2 years’ experience of relevant field
