Officer / Sr. Officer Production Control

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field with 3–5 years of experience in the Garment (Knitwear/Denim) manufacturing industry.

This position is responsible for managing WIP inventory, monitoring quality indices to ensure product standards, and overseeing the workforce while streamlining the manufacturing process from Stitch to Pack for each new order. The role ensures the smooth flow of raw materials to maintain production schedules, addresses process-related productivity issues, and monitors execution to complete assigned purchase orders (POs) within prescribed timelines. It aims to eliminate quality errors, minimize waste and WIP levels, and strengthen supplier–customer collaboration within the limits of customer requirements, shop floor organization, management guidelines, and company policies and procedures.
