Officer / Sr. Officer PPC

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Textile Engineering, Business Administration, or related field with 3–5 years of relevant experience.

This role is responsible for managing Capacity Resource Planning (CRP) for Sewing, ensuring optimal resource utilization as per the TNA plan. It requires close coordination with S&M, Knitting, Dyeing, OSP, IE, and Production teams to resolve CRP-related queries and maintain smooth operations. The role focuses on aligning resources, preventing bottlenecks, and improving productivity to optimize lead times, ensure seamless production flow, and minimize capacity losses in line with company SOPs.
