Requirements:

Qualification: BBA/ BS or related field.

Experience: Relevant/Fresh. Differently abled individuals and women are encouraged to apply.

Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills. Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

Responsibilities: Engage potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn, understand client requirements, explain our services, follow up with leads, prepare proposals, and close deals.

• Customer Query & Complaint Resolution

• Customer Escalation Management

• Inbound & Outbound Call Handling

• Customer Relationship Management

• Operational Reporting & KPI Monitoring

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations, track KPIs, prepare reports, and support process improvement initiatives.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, including customer escalations.

• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally, including situations involving dissatisfied or agitated customers.

• Respond to customer inquiries through calls and emails, providing clear information about products, services, terms, and conditions.

• Ensure timely resolution of customer requests in line with agreed service standards and company policies.

• Maintain positive customer relationships while ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

• Provide accurate information about the company's products and services and uphold the company's reputation.
