We’re Hiring: Odoo Techno-Functional Developer (Onsite – Islamabad)
Rastgar Engineering — a leading manufacturer and global exporter of heavy-duty truck and trailer components — is looking for a talented Odoo Techno-Functional Developer to join our dynamic IT team in Islamabad.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and customize Odoo modules and themes.
Collaborate with teams to analyze and fulfill business requirements.
Provide tailored reporting and data insights.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Odoo performance.
Required Expertise:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
2–3 years of professional experience (preferred).
Strong hands-on experience with the Odoo framework.
Proficiency in Python and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML).
Experience with PostgreSQL database.
Location: Onsite – Islamabad
