Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Minimum qualification Bachelors Degree required/ Master’s will be preferred 

Department: ADC Business Division

Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience

Job Skills & Responsibilities: 

-Responsible to prepare comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) with product team and ensure that all functional and technical requirements are well documented and approved and arrange the review and finalized with cross function department. 

-Will Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business requirements to ensure project objectives are clearly defined and achieved. 

- Will be responsible Submit the singed BRD at ITD for development 

- Maintain a tracking sheet for all ongoing ADC Projects & Services to monitor progress, dependencies, and key milestones. 

-Responsible Coordinate with BAHL ITD teams for the timely closure of initiated projects and proper handover to business unit and perform consistent follow-ups with external partners to mitigate delays and ensuring all project deliverables and integrations are completed as per defined timelines. 

-Initiated and proposed new ideas and process improvements to enhance efficiency and digital touch point for ADC Business. 

-Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for ADC projects, documenting both positive and negative outcomes for system improvements.
