Superior University is looking for dynamic and passionate professionals to join our Organization Development (OD) team.
📍 Location: Superior University, Raiwind Road Lahore (Onsite)
💼 Positions:
Manager/Snr. Manager OD (Up to 250k)
Assistant Manager OD (Up to 150k)
What We’re Looking For:
Strong background in Organizational Development, Talent Management and Change Initiatives.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business or a related field (MBA preferred).
Relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
